What is the delivery time for my order?
Once your order is placed, we will book it in with our courier. From there it usually takes 2-3 days max. The courier will have your phone number and will ring you before delivery.
Do my logs need to be stored inside?
Yes, the logs need to be kept in a dry shed/garage or in your house.
What is the best way to light my fire with these logs?
Get a generous handful of kindling and fire lighters. Break the log into four pieces by banging them together. Place two to three pieces of the log on top of the kindling and light fire lighters. Always leave your damper open on your stove until you are going to refuel the fire.
How long does one log burn for?
Our logs burn for approximately 1 hour.
What are the logs made from?
Hard Top logs are made from 100% oak waste sawdust and shavings that have been compressed to form a highly efficient fuel with no artificial additives or chemicals used in this process.
Premium logs are made from 100% dried Spruce with no artificial additives or chemicals used in this process.

We are proud to say that there are no trees felled specifically for this fuel. They are made from biomass waste sawdust which we collect from wooden floor and furniture factories. By doing so we are also helping the factories to become more sustainable.
